New Office Building in Dubai

Uptown Tower Will Offer 495,000 Square Feet Of Grade A Space When It Is Completed At The End Of The Year.

Prior to its finalization later this year, Dubai‘s newest skyscraper, the Uptown Tower, has completely leased all of its office spaces. This indicates that tenants have reserved the 495,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space. That is currently available across 22 floors as the master-developer DMCC increases its footprint. To accommodate it is rapidly expanding roster of over 21,000 companies. The Hisense electronics and Appliance Company, HIKVision, and Gemological Institute of America (GIA) will be Uptown Tower’s anchor tenants.

The first office tower in the Uptown Dubai District is called Uptown Tower. Moreover, construction on the following two office towers will soon begin. Uptown Dubai will include Uptown Tower and provide approximately 6 million square feet of Grade a residential and commercial space. In addition, 2000 homes, a central entertainment plaza, and a number of luxury hotels.

Through its glass walls, which also enlighten the interior spaces, the tower’s design imitates the “brilliance of diamonds.” The 340-meter-tall Uptown Tower, which will house the new DMCC Headquarters, is planned to be a LEED Gold certified structure.

It will also include 229 distinctive SO/ branded residences in addition to a 188-key, five-star luxury hotel called “SO/Uptown Dubai.” “Uptown Tower offers a premise not to be missed,” claims Bin Sulayem. Through our highly connected business district and comprehensive set of trade facilities, DMCC has earned a reputation for expansion. We are pleased that the market has embraced Uptown Tower so positively because it significantly strengthens our offering.
