These Mansions Make Up Eight of the Resort’s Keturah’s Twelve Ultra-Luxury Residences, Which Sell For Dh177 Million at $1.3 Billion
The developer MAG of Life has unveiled a group of eight ultra-luxury mansions at Dubai Creekside that bear the Ritz-Carlton Residences logo. The developer has set the price at Dh177 million per unit and is holding off on releasing the other four.
These mansions are a part of the $1.3 billion Keturah Resort, a project with a wellness focus. It will give future occupants and guests a 360-degree view of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and the Dubai skyline. The built-up area’s construction cost is Dh2150 per sq. ft.
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG of Life, stated that the company launched eight mansions in response to a spike in demand. Moreover, significant interest from local and international investors looking for opulent premium developments in Dubai.
Investor demand has shifted to the abundance of branded residences. They are both off-plan and completed in Dubai at the luxury end of the real estate market there. Moreover to Ritz-Carlton, homes at the record-breaking One Za’abeel twin tower close to DWTC have launched in the market. The Dorchester Collection, Bulgari, and Armani have all already introduced products to this market. In fact, the latter has fetched record prices for apartments on the island of Jumeira Bay.
The concept of the project is consistent with MAG of Life’s plans to keep only a small number of Ritz-Carlton units during its development. As the first wellness real estate with a focus on the Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030, the project has been dubbed. The Istanbul-based studio Autoban managed the interior design. Moreover, French architect Amar Sabeh created the building.
Each of the eight mansions has four levels, eight bedrooms, a spa, a movie theatre, and a high-end gym. There are two architectural themes available for mansions: Earth (46,648.2 square feet) as well as Water (45,927.24 square feet).
