RAK Central Project Emphasizes Grade A Offices and Beyond

Ras Al Khaimah has introduced RAK Central, an expansive mixed-use development featuring Grade A offices. It is poised to emerge as the largest commercial business district in the Northern Emirates.

Developed by Marjan, RAK Central is positioned along Sheikh Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi Street, offering captivating views of the Al Hamra Golf Club and the Arabian Gulf. Anticipated to open in 2026, this expansive project is set to become Ras Al Khaimah’s largest business hub, designed to attract leading regional businesses.

Tailored to meet the requirements of anchor tenants, the commercial spaces within RAK Central will feature open floor plans, promoting a flexible and adaptable design. The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has witnessed rapid growth in its property market, fueled by notable developments such as the upcoming project by Wynn Resorts, substantial investments from Aldar and other developers, and the success of Rakez (Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone).

RAK Central Features:

RAK Central is set to offer an extensive array of amenities, including over 3 million square feet of leased office space, 4,000 residential apartments, three hotels with 1,000-plus keys, as well as multiple parks and retail and entertainment facilities. Construction is scheduled to commence this year, and the first phase of infrastructure and the primary business complex is expected to conclude in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Phased Development Strategy

In the initial phase of construction, RAK Central will introduce one million square feet of commercial office space available for leasing, with additional areas designated for further development. This phase will encompass 34 exclusive residential plots, offering developers the opportunity to construct residential towers reaching up to 45 floors, approximately 200 meters in height. As part of Phase 1, Marjan, the developer, will establish its headquarters along with an integrated mixed-use office complex.
