Palm Jebel Ali, guided by the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has obtained official approval for its groundbreaking development masterplan. Encompassing an impressive 13.4 square kilometers, double the size of Palm Jumeirah, this visionary project will introduce an abundance of lush green spaces and extraordinary waterfront experiences.
As an integral part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, Palm Jebel Ali will create an expansive growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area, reinforcing the emirate’s remarkable expansion. Notably, the addition of approximately 110 kilometers of coastline will offer around 35,000 families the privilege of indulging in luxury beachside living.
