For the week ending December 9, 2022, 3,186 real estate transactions totaling Dh91 billion recorded in Dubai. Data indicated that 2,233 flats and villas sold for Dh4.64 billion, while 419 plots were sold for Dh2.24 billion. The highest-priced deal of the week was the sale of a piece of property in Marsa Dubai for Dh265.69 million. That followed by the sale of a plot of land in World Islands for Dh64.16 million.
With 200 sales transactions totaling Dh621.52 million, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for the week. Jabal Ali First came in second with 79 sales transactions totaling Dh255.32 million. While Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 25 sales transactions totaling Dh32 million.
The week’s top three unit sales, valued at Dh54 million, Dh50 million, and Dh37 million each reported at Jumeirah Second. The entire value of mortgaged properties for the week came to Dh1.75 billion. With a land in Me’Aisem First having the highest mortgage of Dh355 million. 129 properties totaling Dh500 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
