    Arabian Ranches 3 was launched in 2019 by principal developer Emaar Properties, following the huge success of Phases 1 and 2. This is being built in four phases, with Sun and Joy nearing completion and Ruba and Spring still under construction. In total, there are almost 4,000 villas and townhouses in Arabian Ranches III, which are divided into clusters within each sub-community.

    Arabian Ranches 3 links to Academic Road and Emirates Road, which are both near densely inhabited areas. Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street connects it to adjacent cities.
