Dawoud Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, emphasized the portal’s role in delivering comprehensive and cutting-edge digital services. Eng. Mariam Al Muhairi, CEO of the Buildings Regulation and Permits Agency, highlighted the portal’s convenience and speed in providing land and property data. The service aims to raise service standards for corporate and individual clients, offering a seamless and efficient digital user experience.
Customers can access this service through Dubai Municipality’s Digital Portal, where they can register with their UAE Pass account. Upon registration, users gain access to data, summaries, and the status of service requests. By selecting a specific land plot, users can instantly access vital information such as area name, ownership type, and sitemap issuance date, with the option to download schematics.
Additionally, the portal provides comprehensive details on building permits, including license dates, types, and numbers, all available for download. Users can also easily retrieve completion certificate details, including type, issue date, and application number. This initiative marks a significant step towards streamlining customer interactions and enhancing daily life and business operations through efficient service delivery.
