Tilal Al Ghaf is a mixed-use residential community in Dubai that covers an area of over 3 million square meters and is situated along Hessa Street (D61). The gated community is currently being built, but some of the first phase’s projects were already sold out three days after they were finished. The community, which Majid Al Futtaim created, will include homes, shops, recreation areas, and various lifestyle amenities. In 2025, it is predicted to be fully finished and delivered.
Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai offers a resort-like waterfront lifestyle. Paved walkways, jogging paths, and cycling lanes connect the seven residential neighborhoods. Townhouses and villas are positioned close to the beach and neighborhood park. Driving from Tilal Al Ghaf to Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and The Walk JBR take about 29 minutes, 23 minutes, 26 minutes, and 27 minutes, respectively. The new Al Maktoum International Airport is about 31 minutes away by car, while Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 34 minutes away. These all are by car or taxi.
