Expected Handover of Project in Q1 2024

Azizi Developments has recently announced that the construction of Creek Views II has reached a significant milestone, with completion progress reaching 50%. The luxurious development, valued at Dh350 million, is situated in Dubai Healthcare City, overlooking Dubai Creek. The project is on track for handover in the first quarter of 2024.

Comprising 587 residences, Creek Views II offers a variety of options, including 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom apartments, and 35 two-bedroom residences. Strategically located in the heart of the city, the development boasts a range of premium amenities. such as two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, and a children’s play area.

The construction progress is as follows: the structure is 95% complete, with blockwork at 73%. The internal plaster and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works have reached 61% and 26%, respectively. HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and tiling works are currently at 25% and 14%. External works stand at 20%, while overall finishes are 16% complete. To meet the project’s demands, the total workforce has been increased to 1020.
